In today’s occupational hiring process, Job training is one of the most important key elements used by every Human Resource Department to match up against today’s competition. Companies and corporations push hard to make a good effort at hiring the best candidate with talent, but sometimes their talents aren’t molded to its full potential for the position. This is where training comes in to play to polish and bring out it’s optimum potential. On the job training is taking employees to learn the job in an actual working site in a real life situation, and not a simulated environment. While training in the work environment, trainees will be able to use the everyday work place tools, documents, equipment, and etc. to learn effectively how to perform his or her job. Employers that are critically committed to employee development will find that on the job training is the best way. While the goal for on the job training is to learn basic workplace skills, it also instills the aspects of the workplace culture and performance expectations in the new employee. The way this method starts is that the trainee learns under supervision and guidance of a qualified worker. Learners and teachers should work together and develop a feeling of aiming for the same goal when training on the job.
