The five factor theory is a model used to study an individual’s personality. The five factors include conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, agreeableness and openness to experience. It consists of fifty questions related to the five factors (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Using the information given by an individual who has gone through the test, one can explain the personality of the person. All the questions cover the individual traits which lead to discovering an individual’s personality. However, the five factor model does not give extend of the individual traits. This is an individual’s general character to show self-discipline, acting responsibly as well as being goal oriented which involves aiming achievement regardless of the outside pressures. The factor explores how different people interact with their own impulses and control them then direct them towards a given goal. From the five factor model I was able to give answers on my preparedness to take responsibly (The Big Five Personality Test, 2016). From one of the questions on my responsibility, I answered that I have been responsible to all my duties. In school, I usually finished my assignments on time. I have also been orderly from the past to date with all my working being on order. I used to have a schedule on my daily program of which I followed it keenly. From the answers on the five factor model, one can give an explanation on my personality in terms of my conscientiousness. According to McCrae & Costa, (1999), an individual studying my personality can be in position to explain my past, whether I was conscious or not. Individuals who possess this character trait value being in good terms with others. In general terms, they can be described as being helpful, trustworthy and trusting, generous, kind and considerate. People of this character trait view the nature of humans in an optimistic way. Individuals who are disagreeable on the other hand like giving a lot of priority to self interest in comparison to being in good terms with the other people. (The Big Five Personality Test, 2016) This definition clearly fits the character traits I identified through the survey I did. I established that I do accept people no matter the situation they are in. this portrays the high skill I have in managing my social relations. I rarely get irritated and hence I am able to relate well with that group of people who like disturbing (The Big Five Personality Test, 2016). The survey helped me determine my strength of relating with other people and hence I will work hard to make sure that I have maintained good relations with other people in
