Introduction
Along with written communication derive numerous advantages where Individuals express their thoughts, opinions and notions through diverse contexts. It commenced when writing was practiced in the prehistoric biosphere as early as 4000 B.C. This, also known as ancient art, advanced through several phases before the use of a written alphabet emerged. Early writing was done in hieroglyphics, or the use of symbols and pictures to represent words in order for individuals to understand one another. Consequently, writing is a creative, cultural and social practice that strengthens one’s knowledge through numerous elements.

Advantages of written communication
The written communication is one of the greatest momentous means of communication globally. Simultaneously with the dependability of written communication, originate several advantages. Such as, it is “less interactive but permanent” (Gee, J. P, Hayes, E. R 2011) as it permits for enduring archives which is great for reference or as a defence during legal issues. The furtherance of its benefits includes:
 That it is most significant in all forms of organisational contexts
 It is possible to preserve and may be used in the future.
Nevertheless the magnificence of writing in diverse contexts is that it mentally generates correctness in communicating ideas as well as other forms of intricate thoughts and opinions. It is a ‘wonderful clarifier of thinking’ (Ljungdahl, L, March, P 2010) in that it objectifies thought so that one can examine, adjust, enhance and sharpen their ideas in order for it to become the ultimate idea/thought they’ve accomplished.

Writing is conveyed and practiced using different contexts with excellent benefits

Conclusion
The role and importance of writing in diverse contexts is numerous, commencing from the history of written communication where it all begun with hieroglyphics and pictures, to the ancient Egyptians inventing the alphabet until it has been fully modified. The history still has great effect on the written language as children still use it whilst it brings great benefits and has many advantages.
