My worldview I will be discussing is Islam. Islam is a group of people called Muslims who have submitted themselves to a “ god “ named Allah. Islam was started by a man named named Muhammad which gave Islam its name. Islam was created on September 24 in the year AD 622 when 70 muhajirun people , who were the first people to start Islam, pledge their loyalty. People who are Muslims believe in the book the Quran. They believe that it is God’s final revelation. Islam is a religion where if you want to be apart of it you have to pray the special pray 5 times in a day, they have to fast during a special time called Ramadan.they should make a trip to Mecca, and they have to give some of their income to the needy. Muslims believe that God used people to communicate who were prophets. The prophets who God communicated to where in the Quran. They believe some of the stuff God communicated was lost. The think there has been some type of corruption of the scriptures over a period of time. According to them the Quran is the only uncorrupted version of scripture that has no error in it.

The Qur’an is believe to the ultimate source of God by many Muslim believers. It contains 114 suras for the believers as the core practices of the Islamic religion and Muslims throughout the world recites its verses (Chang, Lecture. 1/21/14). They believed the prophet of Allah was Muhammad, who received the words of Allah through Angel Gabriel, and was passed on with the Qur’an during Ramadan.
