If doctors were enjoying what they are doing and doing their work not only to get pay but to feel the flow, then the accuracy and efficiency in their work would probably increase. This will lead to better health services in a society. Education can be enhanced if teachers were experiencing happiness. A happy, well-ordered soul teacher is more likely to spend more effort in the process of teaching. Moreover, teachers in flow state can produce creative ways of delivering information to their students.

However, improving productivity is simply defined as “to produce more with the same amount of human effort” (Rue & Byars, 2010, p. 366). Improving productivity can be a positive experience if implemented correctly at the right time. Too often efforts fail because it was not based on realistic processes or implementation occurred at the wrong time. Successful efforts start with understanding what motivates people.
During this age, children will be starting school and interacting frequently with classmates, being able to control their behaviors can correlate with how well they do in school. Teaching children the proper way to handle their emotions all starts with culture and parenting styles. For example, in some cultures it may be considered inappropriate to express too much emotion in public, children will pick up on these social cues and use them (Thompson and Goodvin 2005). Parenting styles that contain a warm but firm disposition, called authoritative parenting, have proven to be the most effective when teaching moral standards and rules in early childhood. This type of parenting will teach respect and understanding between children and adults and can be beneficial in school years.
I want to give them the social skills and communication skills they need in order to be a competitive force. I want to help them grow and reach their full potential.
