In addition to that, there are many scientifically proven reasons in which school should begin later in the morning and end later in the afternoon. Extending the start time for school will give students more time to eat breakfast. Breakfast is known as “the most important meal of the day.” According to Kellog’s, it is unhealthy and not okay to skip breakfast.
