Texting is more convenient because they can reply whenever they want as to having to answer phone call. For example it is easier to text compared to phone call when they are working at office or in an important meeting. It is used to communicate with friends and family. It might be difficult for the government to make right decisions about what to eliminate and what to keep. There are chances that in this process some websites which has useful information might be censored and public will not be able to access the site. Some might rely on the internet for fun activities, where as others use it for a wide range of necessary information. 3.
