Was Andrew Jackson an effective president or was he a non-effective president? Are the effective choices more prominent than the non-effective choices? Or are the non-effective choices more conspicuous? In my opinion, I think that Andrew Jackson is an effective president, because of the choices he made for our country. But, there are some ways that Jackson wasn’t an effective president, but a bad person can still be effective in their own special ways.
