These courses in turn have inspired me to pursue interdisciplinary graduate studies with research.. I feel a natural inclination towards courses related to Database systems, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. To assimilate knowledge on diverse topics I undertook workshops ranging from Ethical Hacking to Haptic Robotics. The projects that I undertook as an undergraduate helped me to earn a better understanding of algorithm analysis and gain proficiency in the programming languages like C, C++, Java, Linux, SQL. To apply my skills and engage in practical research, I worked ... ... middle of paper ... ...dergraduate study.
The end result, and lesson milestones, should provide enduring understanding that students can develop , and they should focus on larger concepts, learning principles and processes (Carson, 2008). This level of integration makes the WEBCALL contribution essential to the lesson and learning (Stanley, 2013). The lesson plan employs a combination of face to face and technology facilitated learning and communication. This ‘blended learning’ approach also adds another dimension into the instructional process, the computer. The computer and the website are not only used as a technical device to create a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), they offer additional opportunities to learn what the target language sounds like, feels like to use, and means through the teacher and students communication about the interactions with the computer and the website.
CTE courses were originally built to as a pathway to prepare students for industry endorsed certifications. ICTs have become a valuable tool to enhance teaching and learning in all schools. For teachers ICT is a professional resource, a mode of classroom delivery, and a source of valid and valuable text types. For students, ICT provides opportunities to communicate more effectively and to develop literacy skills. Because of its interactive and dynamic nature, ICT has the potential to meet the needs of individual students by providing opportunities to direct their learning and to pursue information, or complete tasks, in ways which meet their own interests and needs.
I see great potential for this line of research. In fact, I plan to investigate it further and incorporate my findings into the classes I teach. References Orellana, A. (2006). Class Size and Interaction in Online Courses.
I aspire to be merge the real world to the virtual reality and contributing towards the welfare of a developing society like mine. It was at Infosys that my computing aspirations received the necessary orientation. I have amplified my basic computer learning through various on the job trainings such as JAVA and WEB FUNDAMENTALS. In addition, I have acquired the HTML5 and CSS3 certifications. I am currently, employed as a Systems Engineer in Infosys since ____________.
Technology demonstrates a vast impact on how well people will think, learn and interact. The development of technology involved in the classroom yields to advancement for communication and collaboration within the educational community. This involvement will focus on each group; students, parents, community and global community. The detailed information in this draft will clearly describe my plans for each group’s engagement in my classroom communication plan, addressing internet security and safety plans that will lead to an education of quality learning. Classroom communication plans for students are to skillfully create dynamic learning environments, employing an array of exceptional instructional strategies.
This course has taught me different techniques that I can use to create effective lesson plans for students. I have learned how to engage students more from the table “Technology Solutions with potential for High Advantage” (Doering, A. H., & Roblyer, M. D., 2017, p56.) such graphic tools, simulations, video-based problem scenarios and tool software. These tools that I have learn will become useful in helping my teaching skills in the classroom. Using the knowledge of technology integration, I can help students and my classmates to analyse, learn, explore and think critically and also to be creative, innovative in this digital age.
They both hold degrees from Bethel University and still talk about their experiences. After reading through the Information Technology curriculum, it is exciting to see the type of classes being offered, the materials that will be discussed, what I stand to gain from the program, and the fact that I will be able to take the classes online. Skills gain from the Masters of Business Administration program will be used immediately in my current job as a project manager. As I master new skills, I will be able to apply them personally and professionally in my leadership roles. Career advancement, additional income, and increased skill to train others are additional ways to benefit from the degree.
In this way I wish to use my energy, talent, hard work and determination for advancement in the field of computer. I am influenced by the work done by the professors in Carnegie Mellon University. I aim at adding new dimensions to my existing level of knowledge and to reach the pinnacle of whatever I can become. Under the guidance of the eminent faculty and the opportunities available I look forward to the world-class academic environment. If provided with guidance, I am confident that I would expand my research horizon and can work systematically on projects contributing significantly to the Information Technology at Carnegie Mellon University.
My goals are to learn ways for my students to collaborate, manipulate, research, debate, explain, and present ideas using technology. I will learn these ways while also learning about how to evaluate my own teaching and change my methods. Through learning about my own teaching I will be able to reflect on the theories of others. This will give me the opportunity to use many of the new skills I learn in the classroom to help all of my students achieve. Through this program I hope to come away with an understanding of how to use technology to make my own teaching more meaningful for my students and how to help my students to use technology to understand and communicate with their world.
