This primary purpose for this paper is to understand the concept of how the Virtual Police Department is working to increase its skills to better serve the citizens in the city. In the City of Virtual there has been a high significant increase in violent crime such as sexual assault, armed robbery, and homicide. The officials within these police department have identified the significance of working with the public people in order to improve their success and possibly prevent the recent incline if violent crimes, more specifically sexual assault.
