Recommended: Jesus and the parables

1. Our heavenly friends are the people that has passed away and is being purified before entering heaven, Mother Mary, and the saints already in heaven.
2. The Holy Spirit unites all our Heavenly Friends and all the believers. As Catholics, we also believe and have faith that our Heavenly Friends will guide us in hard times and help us be faithful followers.
3. The first thing we ask our Heavenly Friends is to put Good Words for us with God. The second thing we ask our Heavenly Friends is to bring our needs to God. The final thing we ask our Heavenly Friends is to pray for us if we have any hard encounters or big decisions to make.
4. To be holy is to seek God and to be filled with God

This quote has to do with Unit 4: Parables. A parable is a story that teaches a lesson or a moral. Jesus normally teaches the people with parables. John reflects on the Jesus’ teaching which was by using parables. This quote was basically saying that John used Jesus’ teachings and reflected on it in depth like what we did during classes (With the Jesus’ message and shock factor chart). He didn’t just describe or say what the parable was or means like the other gospels writers did, but he reflected to which made other people understand the parables more
8. This quote is important and is specifically important in the 10 commandants. The whole point of the 10 commandants is to love and respect from each other with God (1-3) and with other (4-10). The 10 commandants are like an overview on what to do and what no to do. This is the whole point why the 10 commandants were made. This quote is important when it comes to parables. Most of Jesus’ parables were about loving one and another. In the Good Samaritan, the Samaritan love and cared for the Jewish men so he took him to the hospital. This shows that love can also expand and improve someone else’s life. Miracles also play a good role in why this quote is important. Jesus performed miracles to show people that he is God and he also did it to love. When Jesus cured the man that had leprosy, the man spread the word and everyone, everyone believed him and started to do the same
