There are three themes that relate to psychology as the field of study. The psychology Empirical theme is based off of what you observe or experience. For Instance, you may see a Homeless person on the side of the road, with a sign that states 'will work for food". In most cases we have those who are really in need of some help. However, we also have some who aren't. While many have nowhere to live, no family, no job nor do they have an income, Others are pretending to look and dress like they are in need.
