In the past decade or so, humans have begun to adopt unhealthy lifestyles. Fast food has grown increasingly popular and is less expensive than traditional, healthy food. Candy and other sweets are also at an all time high for consumption by humans. It’s not just unhealthy foods that endanger our health, but also unhealthy drinks. Sodas are very unhealthy but yet are still consumed by humans at very high rates. Energy drinks are growing in popularity but they are perhaps the most unhealthy drink that there is in our world today. Energy drinks are very concentrated with caffeine. This high concentration of caffeine will deteriorate human bones and also substantially decrease a person 's life expectancy. People get the vitamins, minerals and nutrients they need to function and thrive from the foods they eat, so choosing foods that offer the most of those components helps improve quality of life.
