The day started like any other day, a peaceful sunny day. The smell of apple fill the Texas winds as it blowed past the old family house. Jilly woke up and looked out the window to see her younger brothers play in the fields as her mom hanged to clothes on the line to dry. Jilly got out of bed, brushed her hair and put on her favorite flower dress. As she headed down stairs, she heard her brother run through the halls. Jilly sighed as she went down to the hall the boys were running through. She saw her youngest brother sitting on the ground, reading a book. “What book are reading?”, Jilly asked you youngest brother Jason. Jason hands her the book. Jilly said to her brother as kneel down and kiss Jason on the top of the head. You should help mom in the garden. Said Jilly as she held out her hand to Jason. Jason her hand and they headed to the back door where Jilly other two brothers were playing. She walked over to her mom and with a big a smile she said, “Hey mom do you need any help?”. Her mother look over to see her oldest child and youngest, waiting there for her to say something. “Yes I could use some help?”,She said handing Jilly some seed and Jason a shovel. Jilly let Jason over to the garden, where they were growing tomatoes,potatoes,lettuce, black beans, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. The seed Jilly’s mom gave her were grape seeds. Jilly walked over to the wooden fence in the garden and asked Jason to dig small holes under the fence for the seeds,after the holes were made Jilly place the seeds in the holes and put the dirt back on the seeds and watered them.
