One woman named Malala Yousafzai did not allow this to hinder her education, and for it, she was shot in the head. Malala used this near-death opportunity to write a book titled I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban in her book she advocates for the belief that education is a right of all humans. Malala achieved great fame, and with it, she has been able to inform hundreds of millions of people about the inequality women face in Islamic and Middle Eastern countries.
