In today’s world of gender identity and confusion about the meaning of being a man or a woman, it’s tough to understand what it means to be a man. Today’s American allows a man or women to use the bathroom of their choice at stores like Target depending on what gender one identifies with that day. High School boys are now recognized as homecoming queens and girls are crowned as homecoming kings. Parents are allowing pre-teens to dress in clothes of the opposite sex and come out as a boy or a girl even if that is not their natural born gender. Gay marriage is the law of the land and men can marry men and women can marry other women. ‘Baby Johnny’ can now have a mommy and a daddy or two mommies or two daddies depending on their parent’s marital situation. …show more content…

Luckily for Christians, the answer is easy because Jesus is the definition of a true man. He is the Son of Man and was sent by the Father to save sinners and help mankind to repent for their sins. To quote the bible, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love.” (1 Corinthians 16:13-14). This passage describes how Jesus exemplified what it means to be a true man. It is also a good road map for one to live one’s life by following Jesus’ example. Luckily, for future generations, Jesus was not real worried about political correctness and lived as a strong masculine
