On the basis of the results and analysis from the PTI report, it has been analyzed that the personality traits are same as Steve Jobs. Steve jobs were a great leader that has made the history in the world of business. He was innovative and he has famous for his innovation skills and abilities. On the basis of my personality assessment, I am a great decision maker. In the same way, a Steve job was an excellent decision maker and he made great decisions in his life. His innovative and revolutionary skills and his great decision making about the product helped him to achieve significant contributions. Being a leader, I believe that I have the ability to make good decisions about various aspects of life that can help me to run the team and make them attain the goals. I have the ability to make important decisions and run the team effectively. It was the decision making power of the Steve Jobs that helped him develop the Apple Company and make it one of the reputable and profitable companies of the world.

On the other hand, another personality trait that is matching with him is the extroversion. Extrovert is the people that are open and that attain energy from the outer world. Steve Jobs was very much extrovert as extroverts are the people that are always good at leading people and motivating them. They always prefer and encourage the change and they like to be social and work in the open environments where there is more social life. In the same way, I am also more extrovert than introvert. Steve Jobs had the best ability to manage change and leading the people effectively. People that are extrovert leaders are more open and they are more successful as they are always ready to take actions and implement effective changes.

My primary “style” is analyst and my secondary “style” is expressive. I like things to be broken down, clear, and organized. I have my bachelor’s degree in physics and my masters in applied engineering and technology management. I think that my analyst style strongly supports my area of study. I enjoy logical concepts and quantitative data. Although my first style is analyst, my secondary style is expressive. This expressive style goes well with my participative leadership style. I l ove building friendships and having conversations. I enjoy motivating and influencing others to reach their highest potential. The combination of my styles will impact the discussions for this class by the way I prefer details, numbers, and organization).
