The Mayan way of life is still seen in the clothing, food and traditional dances.
Their clothing is vivid in color and patterns that represent beliefs. Menus reflect the crops and animals that have long been part of the landscape. Traditional dances such as the “Cowboy Dance” are performed mainly during festivals, celebrations or for tourism.
