The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines ethics as an area of study that deals with ideas about what is good and bad behavior. It is also a branch of philosophy dealing with what is morally right or wrong. This essay will discuss "The Ethics of Care" as moral theory and "All Animals Are Equal" as animal ethics. Additionally, it will emphasize caring for humans should be greater than the care for animals.

For example; animals has as much right to live as human if their sick or up in age. Animals and human both deal with pain in different ways and both lives can be based on one decision if it come down to animal or human, too be save if it’s a life threatening situation. Singer speak about the different between healthy and disabled humans can be broader than healthy humans and certain non-human animals. Singer is stating the different between saving a life and taking a life in both human and non-human animals.
