Imagine that you step foot into a classroom, the students are talking and texting? Look over there, she is on music.ly and him, he is on snapchat! Is this right to you? This all starts with a student, claiming they are going to revise their essay, okay that’s fine but then the teacher looks around and all of the students swipe their screen to the right window. Having a cell phone available in class may decrease your learning time by checking your phone, playing games or streaming music at inappropriate times. Kids that do these things, will probably lose out on a superior education. The use of cell phones may rot your brain, cause cancer or muscle pain and if you do not take care of that, you may die, but don’t get to worried, you have to be on your phone 24.7. In the article, “Cell Phones in School, No.” according to the lead researcher, ¨the crew kept looking for what cell phones are better at, and they didn't find it.¨. This is important because it is talking about how cell phones have no use in the classroom. A lot of people tell you what you want to hear, and not the truth. They want to persuade you to believe that cell phones can be a great learning tool and they can build communication.
