The global recession that was experienced in 2008 to 2009 revealed some mysteries of unethical behaviors from Wall Street executives and their financial assistors. A research conducted to determine the cause of cheating in business operations was attributed to a lifestyle that was adapted in business classes. The article articulates that 86% of business students cheat in their course work compared to 77% of non-business courses. The findings were of great concern to the dean at Rocky University as he decided to gather a hypothesis from this learning institution. ...e rated in a positive dimension where a=0.05. Taking a comparison in other institutions 21.67% of business students in other business institution practices ethical behaviors compared to 22% of business students in Rocky University. Female students who practice ethical behaviors stand at 21% for female students and 22% for male students. This is attributed to physical mean of learning used in Rocky University compared to other institutions with an online system. The data show that collaboration in ones assignment and getting assistance during exam time is possessed with unethical behaviors. Overall highest means were for male students who engaged in any form of cheating. Female students therefore practices ethical behaviors in a higher rate. I would urge the dean to strategize a monitoring scheme to prohibit dishonest culture that has influenced learning procedure.
