African American Slavery African American trades. African American trades started around the 16th century to 19th or you can call it slavery. African American slave trade started at Europe and trades. Soon when the South and North Americans started buying slaves there soon was large amounts of Africans were brought to America from the western side of the continent. The ones who ordered slaves by volume were the British the Spanish the French the Portuguese the Dutch and the Americans. Soon the Americans would make outposts near the shoreline of Africa near some tribes of the tribal leaders. There were about 12 million ships but the purchase of African Americans was considerably high. The trades were then called Maafa the African American scholars called it ‘the great ‘disaster’ the Swahili called it the African Holocaust or Holocaust enslavement. The Civil war and how African-Americans joined The Civil war started at April 12 on the year 1861 and there was fire at fort Sumter and started at 4:30 PM the, but the rebellion started at 1860 on Christmas Eve and thats were there were hostiles .
