Climate change has always been a major everlasting problem. One of the causes of climate change is our human carbon emissions. However, technology has occupied almost every human being. Instead of focusing on reducing their carbon footprints, they are nose deep into their phones and tablets, constantly checking their social media accounts every two minutes instead of creating new alternatives to protect the environment. Although some individuals have attempted at reducing their carbon footprints, it takes more than just one person to make a big difference.
There are still people who believe that global climate change is not real. “It is just a myth,” they say. Dean Burnett from ‘The Guardian’ writes for this specific group of people in his article “Climate change is an obvious myth- how much evidence do you need?” (Source E). Litter covers the floors of the earth. They are found everywhere we go, from the beaches to the streets we walk on.
