Recommended: Literary devices and their use

This story was about stroke patients who agreed to be interviewed. There were four examples of the interview to compare two different types of interviews. There are two examples of obvious narrative and there are two examples with less easily definable as narratives.

As I was reading the 4 stories who experienced a stroke I realized the first interview was more like the patient is actually talking to the reader. She shared her stroke experience which was hard to read because she described her situation so well. In the second story, it was a more likely interview. Mrs. G and AL were actually talking to each other, recording the conversation and most of the story was narrative. The third example was recorded in the papers. The interview was

Plague is cholesterol, calcium and fibrous and connective tissue that sticks to the walls of blood vessels.
