Have you ever been in dire need of money when going to school? Schools should pay students to get good grades and go to class because some students don’t have enough money at home, and It helps teach students to save money and properly use it. The payments also help students by showing them how getting a real job would be, by paying them they get used to getting paid for work and My first point being that Poorer family's would also benefit from this secondary or third source of income and the student would get a good reason to get educated instead of going straight to a job. This could also help the economy. Paying kids and teens that come from poor family's can help reduce poverty and bring poor family's more money for things like food and toiletries. In a city called Memphis a place named Foote Homes is located. Foote Homes is full of single mother households and parents with low income. To help with this low income and large areas of poverty the government decide to choose 600 family's to participate in the Family Rewards program. This program rewards students for getting good grades and attending class, this extra income boosts the amount of money that poor family's have allowing them to buy more things that they're family needs. This would lower the poverty rate and help the country's economy by helping poorer students …show more content…

This gives students some experience for when they get an actual job, The students will already be used to getting paid to work so the transition from school to an actual job will be much smoother. Some students might not feel ready to transition to a job and/or might be afraid of change, but if the school had paid them for work before then they would have no problem with getting a job and getting paid for work.
