1.Set yourself goals--manage how you use your time to achieve the goals to bring you closer to what you want to achieve.
2. Prioritisation--Making a list of jobs in the order that they need to be addressed or completed
3. Self awareness-- When you have a high level of self-awareness, you are able to take the very best time management advice and tailor it to fit your own style of work.
4. Self motivation--You need to be able to motivate yourself even when you don't feel well or tired.
5. Focus-- we always have something on our minds. One can only do one task at a time, so focus on that one task and complete it.
6. Decision making--Which task do i do. Which tasks do not get done. Which meetings to attend and who you can and cannot help.
