Based on “The Myers Briggs Type Indicator” self- assessment, my results reflect myself. With the gain of networking, it will increase their average salary. Generally what employers search for is being a person that is self-motivated, proves skills in a sale, or specializes in a certain area within interior design. The education requirements will be a bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field for those who don’t have experience in “demonstrate managerial experience and abilities, as well as knowledge of purchasing, supplies, grounds keeping, and equipment repair.”, but if they do have the experience all they need is a high school diploma or a GED. Some job skills requirement is analytical skills, communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
