Math Autobiography
This class is valuable to my education for a couple of reasons, first and foremost, it is satisfying my degree requirement. As we know it is important to complete those required courses with any given opportunity during an academic year; while my course load will be challenging, but I was very proud of me being able to add this class. The second reason is that I love mathematics and very passionate about it. I have taken advanced math in High School, for a while I considered majoring in Mathematics, but I changed my mind when as I became more aware of where I feel I can be most helpful to my community. Furthermore, this course will help me manage the semester by balancing my work load so that I may be able to reach my goal in a less stressful manner. Given that I like mathematics, it is only right that I know the origination of math's by how it came to be, the role it played in ancient time as well as its value in today's society. I must add that I grew up with three brothers who really like dealing with numbers, they are passionate and always want to base their career with something related to numbers. Growing up with has had a major impact on my admiration for the subject.
I also like this subject because I was surrounded by family members who can help me with areas that I needed help. I recalled there were times I desperately needed help and went to my brothers they never give me a direct answer instead they would give me clues that would eventually lead me to the correct pathway to solve the problem. As a result, their clever ways of punishing me has helped me to be more analytical and simplistic when doing my math homework. ...rescribes relate to the patient health and well being. One of the exam I need to take this year is the NCLEX, my hope is that the details I learned about the dose amount may be helpful in solving the problem and can immediately do a process of elimination and see which answers make more sense.
Mathematics will always be a part of my life, it helped me establish my reputation as a good student and hope it will always be a part of me. In High school I participated in the competition for Rockland, I was very please with my accomplishment. I took second place in the Ramapo School District and placed first for my school. As a result, I received a math rewards during which was extremely helpful. I was absolutely overjoyed to have represented my school and be the first student in my school who actually take a math trophy. I am very much looking forward to this class.
