Bennie Thompson once said, “We must maximize our efforts to counter violent extremism, radicalization and recruitment in the United States and stop using xenophobia and ethnic stereotyping.” These words remind people that even though they can be different, they are all the same, and they need to stop labeling and acting like it is such a big deal. People forget this because of their beliefs and the way they were raised. The differentiation of ethnicities between people can cause conflict. Conflicts such as one ethnicity thinks that they are right or better than another. Ethnicity plays a great deal in the cause for conflict within countries. Racial profiling has been used to pull over random Hispanic Americans based on the mere possibility of them being unauthorized immigrants. Hispanic Americans, while having a higher level of wealth than African Americans, are still extremely less wealthy on average than white Americans.
There are many solutions to the ethnic conflict in the United States. A solution to solving the living situations is to have the realtors in the area try and mix up the race of people they put in the neighborhoods. This is a solution because if we mix them up then the liberal views and the conservative views won’t be so strong, which means there would be an equal balance of the two different views.
A solution to the economic interests would be to not rule out people of color for jobs just by the color of their skin. Most of these different races often work harder than Caucasians do because they are often not only having to learn their own language, but also English as well. For example, the Chinese countries often have their students in school learning English by third grade and then when they get to sixth grade they are given a test of all the English they have learned over the years. In America, most people start learning a language in eighth or ninth grade and then they are given little tests throughout the process and then have a big test, but only over half of the things you have
