Recommended: Importance of community involvement at school

I am in a bit of a mid-life crisis in terms of my college career. With my graduation right around the corner, I realized that I have not been as involved within the college community as I wanted to be. I came to recognized how getting involved enhance the college experience, and how valuable these opportunities really are. I believe that getting this RA position is the best way for me to get involved in the campus community. This position will also allow me to leave a positive impact on other people’s college experience as well as my own. I hope to contribute certain set of skills that may improve the campus community. I have always have a strong sense of empathy; a trait that I believe can be very beneficial to the resident assistant team.
