Animal abuse has been around since the beginning of time. Animal abuse comes in all forms. Just because someone is not hitting animals does not mean that they are not abusing the animal. People can abuse animals by not giving them any food. There is no reason for animal abuse, but people still do it. Some animals are abused for others’ enjoyment. The owners of these animals do not seem to understand that what they are putting the animals through is wrong. The owners have no limits that they will not push the animals to. Even young animals are suffering at the hand of man.
Some of the worst types of animal abuse is when it is affecting more than one animal. Puppy mills are home to many dogs, and they are all living in awful conditions. Puppy mill owners are not out to see the best for the animals …show more content…

The puppies at the puppy mills are suffering for money. Animal abuse is wrong. The dogs in the puppy mills are being kept in awful conditions, the owners do not take care of the dogs when are not taken to the vet, and when the puppy mills are found there are places for them to go to protect them.
First of all the living conditions of the puppies are inhumane. Puppy mills are where breeders keep their puppies. The dogs at the mills are there to be sold or to have more puppies. They are kept in small cages, and are not able to get up and walk around (“11 Facts About Puppy Mills”). There are many puppies kept in one small cage. The cages are not clean. The animals do not get fresh clean water. The owners do not care about the living conditions of the animals. The owners are abusing the dogs by not keeping them healthy. The adults are always having babies that their uterus hangs low. The females have it the worst by far. They are bred all of their lives and are not allowed to stay with their puppies.
