Recommended: Impact of culture on organisation's performance

The management team must plan for future events depending on the current trends and come up with a necessary plan of action. They need to use their knowledge and the current events to predict the future of the company, thus predict ahead appropriately. This helps them avoid extra costs on emergencies thus save for more important activities for the company. Also, it helps the company gain stability by increasing its success rate. Such an act is referred to as forecasting.
The company must have a proper plan of its activities and events to avoid confusion, planning must be carried out depending on the management of a particular department and the number of employees assigned. This helps the company to utilize the company resources properly. It also helps the various managers be accountable for their departments. They should avoid under planning or over panning as this may interfere with the …show more content…

The manager is in charge of ensuring that every employee has the necessary resources to perform the assigned tasks. They need to supervise and ensure that these resources are used properly. Also, they need to organize their employees properly so that they attain the set goals easily. A disorganized department or organization may not achieve its goal on time or may completely fail.
It is the duty of the manager to act as a commanding power and ensure all activities are carried out properly. However, they should avoid being dictatorial as this will prevent the workers from working to their optimum level. They need to ensure proper communication with their employees and also within the employees. In case of any disagreement, they should act as mediators and ensure that eth workers are on the same side of the coin. This will reduce cases of incompetency and create loyalty. Also, as a part of their job, they should carry out regular audits to ensure funds and resources are utilized
