United States has the highest number of obese children in the world. In fact, many schools in the US serves fast food for lunch to the students. As a result, the habit of eating fast food is growing exponentially in the US, making US children to be the number one in obesity in the world. Thus, foods rich in sodium, fat, sugar, or high in carbohydrates, must be avoided by children. These foods are popularly named as junk food, because of the quality of their content. The schools and parents definitely play a very important role in the health of children. They are the ones who decide what the children 's meals and routine. They may unite forces and come up with a good way to make the kinds eat healthier to be more effective against fast food in the school and at home. Otherwise, currently schools and parents are feeding kids with these types of bad food. The one must argue that nowadays lifestyle changed, and there is not much time to be spent cooking in the kitchen. Instead, stopping by at McDonalds or Burger King drive-thru might be tempting.
