And if so, will you gain more weight again as soon as you break off the diet? Models, dancers, celebrities, and everyday people go through this same struggle. The only difference is that some get the desired results, while others don’t due to their daily routines and their body. Weight loss commercials on TV all claim to work, and even show transformation pictures. Dieting, however, will help you temporarily lose weight.
