Having a healthy lifestyle is a treasure in one’s life. Being healthy means taking care of the brain, body and know what to do and what to eat. Many people think that eating diet food makes them be healthy and fitness but it is not true. Diets usually mean eating special kinds of food or a little amount of it to lose weight. This way of depriving self of eating diverse types of food and focus on specific types that have low calories to avoid gaining extra weight is not healthy. Although losing weight can be considered a way to be healthy, but this is not the main idea. There are three important ways to stay healthy, such eating healthy food, doing physical activity, and getting enough sleep. The first step for being healthy is eating healthy food. Eating healthy food is very important to the human body which it keeps human stay alive. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be the food” (John F. Kennedy). The food controls the health of body, if the body receives healthy food like chicken, meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits, the body will be strong, fit and healthy. Differently, if a body receives unhealthy food, it will become tired and ill. For example, eating fast food, fizzy drinks, refined sugar and fatty food will significantly affect the body health. Putting a schedule include eating and sports time will help to organize the limits of eating and fat burning. Trying to stay away from fast food and fizzy drinks will decrease the possibility of facing many diseases for example heart disease and obese. Drink juice especially orange juice and exposure to sunlight to acquire natural vitamins produced by the body such as vitamin C and vitamin D.
