Healthy food and the wrong sides of fast food
Foods are the building blocks of each cell in the body and are responsible for the proper functioning of the entire body. It is paramount that we know what food is worthy for our body plus what is not. Foods can be categorized into two types- healthy food and fast (unhealthy) food.

Healthy foods are not only important to our diet but also important as a part of our well-being. An important advantage of eating healthy foods improves ones physical fitness; allows one to feel better about themselves and does wonders to one’s health. Healthy foods are the foods we eat to obtain all necessary nutrients. It is a good idea to limit the fattening foods such as fast food, pizzas, etc. however, it does
They contain little or no nutrients as part of energy. Instead, they provide excess calories and fat. Common fast foods include salted snack foods, chicken, chips, hot pies, burgers and salads. There are some advantages and disadvantages of eating fast foods. The advantages of eating junk foods are that; one, they save time. For instance, it does not take time to prepare them- they cook easily and fast. Secondly, fast foods are tasty and delicious to eat. Another advantage of fast foods is that they do not cost a lot of money to buy them. Most people, more often than not, buy French fries, sandwiches and drinks at a cheaper price from restaurants. Fast foods are not the proper way to nutrition. Some of the foods that are of little nutritional value are often high in fat, sugar, and calories. Fast foods affects the fresher generation such as teenagers, college students and high school
Fast foods, eaten on a regular basis, that people eat, may cause side effects and a list of disadvantages (health problems) like obesity, digestive and cardiovascular disease, peptic ulcer, type-2 diabetes, cancer, atherosclerosis, hypertension, liver damage. Obesity is on the rise in people of all ages due to a dietary pattern of over sweetened drinks, junk food and refined sugars. Obesity is not the only risk. Heart disease is a prime example. As one’s cardiovascular system slowly weakens, it can be difficult to perform physical activities that keep up health. Liver damage, initiated by the working of the body to eradicate the trans-fat from the system, builds up fat in the liver and causes damage.
