I have for many years tried to figure out where do I fit? How do I know what my talent is? And for many years I was not able to get an answer to that. However about two years ago I obtained a new job, a job which allows me to work with others and it was till then that I was able to figure out what it was that I like to do, I was able to figure out what I believe I’m good at. Because although I’m good at listening to other people’s problems and I’m able to help them with their issues I can’t fully learn something by just listening. I would need a visual picture in order for me to fully understand the subject or just in general to be able to understand something that is work related. I could say that I’m able to do my job well because I’m able to see the problems that the people are having and I can also listen to their issues and I feel that that gives me a better picture of the situation and therefore I’m able to deal with the issues, however I feel that I work good in an environment were there is a little pressure and a little of stress because that makes me think more than I would normally have …show more content…

I sometimes find myself in a struggle because I don’t know how to help people because sometimes the issue or the solution goes against my values and I feel pressured because usually people expect an answer and I have a difficult time giving them an answer that would most likely go against what I believe in. I’m the type of person that does not like discrimination of any type I believe that everyone should be treated equally. Everyone deserves the same type of respect, regardless of your economic situation.
