“You get what you put in” I try to live my life by this. You're not going to lose weight if you don't try, you're not going to get the A if you don't try. In the real world not everyone cares about you or your future. So it's your job to plan ahead, take initiative, and be responsible for your actions. In my life I have always tried my best to put in the amount of effort that I know will give me the best result. A project in school, a sports team, friendship, grades in school. I've never been one of those kids that can just pick up the concept without going step by step or practicing. Yes, sometimes I envy those people, but I feel that with my hard work I am learning more than them. I strive to be the best person I can be. In taking this class I have realized what I want my future to look like. This class has shown me that becoming a nurse is exactly what I want to do. I plan to continue at Oklahoma Christian to achieve my goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. Mr. Young has been an amazing teacher! He has taught me and all the other students so much. If I had a different teacher I feel like I would not be as likely to succeed in the healthcare field. Technical Education is a brilliant alternative to a university. Not everyone can afford a four year university. Some people need to get into the field as soon as possible. In a technical skills center you learn they field of interest in way less time than a four year university. This is a great alternative an option for anyone. My class at west sound has prepared me for the next four years of my life. I plan to work part time as a CNA to help me understand patient care, and learn the ins and outs of
