Standing. Standing for so long my legs have become numb and the slightest movement will trigger the pins and needles. Waiting for something so long that I forget what I’m waiting for. I can't even think. My mind constantly being pierced with the voices of other choirs. It’s dark, except for the stage standing in the front of the auditorium, lit up with hot stage light. They could fade the color of anything that stands before them. The George Fox theater is a magnificent place, there’s a large stage and continuous rows of seats, all of which are being occupied. It also has a smell like every other theater I’ve experienced, musky and dirty, an unpleasant smell. Standing here, against a cold wall, is tiresome. There isn’t much to do, so I
