Personal Narrative: My Mother

I am Jennifer Karina Vargas the daughter of Maria Rosa Solis Hernandez and Jauri Vargas. All my life I have lived with both my parents and my two younger brother which are Christian Vargas and Enrique Vargas. Being the first child, I have seen all the sacrifice my parents have done to keep our family untied and strong. Especially my mother because she is the one that is always aware of everything going on with us. For example, she is constantly reminding us about how important it is to take care of ourselves, she always remembers our doctors’ appointments when everyone else forgets, or any important date. My mother is constantly motiving my brothers, my dad, and I to strive for more because anything is possible if we set our mind to it. Even though my mother works, she still makes time for my brothers and I. For instance, once she is home from work she still cleans the house and cooks for everyone. My mother is the ones always assuring that all her family is emotionally and physically stable. Without my mother nothing would be the same because I would be emotionally divested. My mother knows that finical aid is not enough, therefore she helps me out finically. My mother is always making sure that there is gas in my car to go to school if not she will fill up my gas tank. Since she knows that I have to wake up earlier than the usual she makes lunch for me so I take to school which also saves me money. Now that it is my last year at Fresno State my mother said that if I applied to get my master she would financially. For example, she would be paying my tuition and books. If my mother was to be separated from me, I would not be able to continue my education, therefore my dream of getting my master would not come
