In my life, I have overcome some troubled times and I would like to be able to help other people when going through those tough times. Employment growth will be driven by increased demand for healthcare and social services, but will vary by specialty. Child, family, and school social work employment in twenty-fourteen was 305,200 and it is projected employment in twenty-twenty four to be 324,200. In the article, “Investing in the relationship” it is more than just doing your job, it’s about going above and beyond. This article speaks to me because it’s about providing more consistent and continuous relationships for looked after children and care leavers. I want to spend more direct time with the children to have a special bond and to be able to focus on their experiences and perspectives on life.
