1) Introduction Nintendo DS The Nintendo DS (also called NDS) – is the 7 generation of Gameboy-Products - one of the most futuristically and developed productions by the Nintendo Corp. Nintendo has stated that the DS stands for "Developer's System". It contains about two LC- displays, a microphone and other multiple reforms that should make the controlling of the Product easier than its pre-existing Models. (Different “Gameboy” variations). It possesses two connection points for the different type of game Models. (One for the old Gameboy Games - One for the new, small Nintendo DS games) The NDS also plays a big role in the development of the touchscreen functions and established it on the mass-market. It got published on the 2. December 2004 in japan and came to Europe on the 11. March 2005. According to Nintendo- the product has been sold 154-Million times until today. Famous Games like “Pokémon” and “Mario” went also to another Level of design and graphic due to the two-display function and the new possibilities that the NDS brought with him.
