Recommended: The effect of domestic violence on children

On Thursday, January 7, 2016, I responded to 505 W. Chapel Hill Street for a domestic dispute call.
Upon arrival, I was met by the victim, Ms.Takima Aayliyah Parker.

Ms. Parker advised me that she and her boyfriend were in the bedroom last night just talking when he got angry and started yelling calling her names.

Ms. Parker advised the argument started because she confronted him about using her bank card and taking $100.00 without her permission.

Mr. Taurus Lee Millner (suspect) got in her face and his parent(s) came into the room and pull him away from her. Mr. Millner then told his parents that he wanted Ms. Parker out of the house. He starting placing my belongs outside. He snatched my cell phone out of my hand.
Ms. Parker further advised she went to the neighbors to use the phone to call for a ride. Ms. Parker advised she only wants her phone back because she had a job interview today and her resume is on the cell phone. …show more content…

Parker advised she met Mr. Millner about a eighteen months ago while working together at the Burger King in Creedmoor, NC.
Ms. Parker and Mr. Millner (suspect) have been dating for nine months; they currently live together at his parents home. She's currently 5 months pregnant by Mr. Millner and has two kids ages two and one from a previous relationship. The kids were not with her during the incident.

No pictures were taken of the victim. Ms. Parker was advised on how to get a DVPO, how to make a safety plan and what her victim rights are. The victim understands all the above information.

A check of Ms. Parker and Mr. Millner criminal history reveals they had a domestic violence report filed earlier this year in which both parties were arrested. Ms. Parker advised that the case was
