1. Why do you want to work in this industry?
My experience in the industry has been always working with companies, promoting and selling different products and services. I have a set of skills that I continually develop and adapt with my clients in order to show my professionalism at the different stages of business, this makes me proud especially when they acknowledge me. At the moment I would like to achieve new goals and establish myself with leading customers within the maquiladora industry, closing sales in the most prominent industrial cities in Mexico.

When were you most satisfied in your job?
During a sale I had a client during 6 months, in which I tried all possible scenarios that could complete the purchase of a property. We try different mortgage and credit plans, at the final stage of the transaction the client back down from the deal, but he felt compelled by the service that I offered that he found a new prospects to acquire the property without any obligation to do so.
This tells me that I create bonds with my customers and this is not easy to achieved this can only happens when you relate to your customers, by being empathetic and understand their needs. When you engage with them and at the same time be attentive and considerate, as a realtor you can always exceed their expectations by giving the best.
8. What did you like least about your last job?
What I like least at this job is that I work alone, being part of a corporation and a team that to support me, I can reach a potential market in different parts of the country and connect with more companies throughout Mexico or other countries in Latin …show more content…

If you were hired for this position, what would you do in your first month?
I will acquire depth knowledge of the product, analyze the market, do extensive market research and identifying potential customers, their location, how many clients are interest in our product, who they are, to start developing a portfolio of potential customers and develop a market penetration strategy.
12. How do you expect to close sales? How do you know when a buyer is ready to buy? What closing principles do you follow? What closing techniques work best for you?
1) Identifying the customer needs, and gather as much information about him (tastes, preferences, expectations, etc.). This data appears unnecessary or irrelevant, but are very useful to create empathy and close the sale.
2) When he or she has searched options in other companies without succeeding, and his/hers interest grow over time and the client seem to has dissipated all doubts, and shows more availability to engage in
