My vocation, scholastic, and life goals all rely on each other to make the other come to existence. My foundational goal is to help be the anchor of ravaging families supplanting a perplexed family matter with numerous alternatives. Afore I can accomplish my foundational goal, I must pursue my career goal in political science as a family lawyer by enriching my scholastic goals in order for them to equip me to achieve and handle the rigorous vocation as a family lawyer. I culled to pursue a degree in political science as a family lawyer because it is the category that deals with the most paramount and central aspect of society. It deals with family related issues and domestic relations. These matters are vital to address because they assist in keeping the balance in society. Growing up, I witnessed numerous families become ravaged due to the lack of assistance and guidance a lawyer can distribute for them when dealing with intricate family matters whether it being divorce, child custody, or child support. The more exposure I give myself to challenging ideas, the more opportunity I give my brain to practice and fully develop its critical thinking. Becoming well versed with writing gives me the ability to write a solid foundation for the documents lawyers are expected to compose including legal letters, arguments, and contracts.
