Recommended: The impact of loss on a child

On November 08 approximately 2000 Victor Dejesus called me to inform me that my daughter Judyann Gonzalez was not at home since early that morning. About an hour later 2100 Judyann Gonzalez called me to let me know that she was with a friend and her husband all day and she was on her way home at that moment. I called Victor Dejesus to let him know the she called me and she was on her way home. Monday November 09, 2015 at approximately 1847 again Victor Dejesus called and stated that my daughter Judyann again left the house early Monday morning.

I when back to my apartment and went downstairs to the basement to my grandson bedroom to check on him and he was awaken and asked me what happen I told him not to worry and go back to sleep, Samael asked me why Victor called the police and I told Sammy that I asked Victor that he need to go to his house and he don’t want to leave.

At approximately 2315 Monday night the Springfield MA town or city police arrived to the front of my house, Two Police officer when inside my daughter apartment and I went outside of my apartment at 79 Price street, approaches the police officers and they asked me what was the problem, I explained to them the above situation.

The female police officer asked if it was possible that I can call my daughter at the hospital, I called my daughter and the female officer spoke with my daughter at front of me, I heard when the officer asked my daughter if Victor Dejesus pouches her, I heard when my daughter said yes he did. I Jose Alamo asked the female officer about my daughter respond. Again the officer said and I quote: Yes she said Victor pouches
