Michael Moscherosch was born on November 23rd, 1962, in Stuttgart Germany. He and his younger brother were born into a working class family, with his mother working as a full-time accountant and his father working as a car mechanic. The Moscherosch family stayed in Stuttgart for since its inception, the families ancestral roots stem as far back as the 1600s and stayed within Stuttgart and the villages surrounding the area. Michael as a child was described to be scholastic and performed well in his school. In Germany, instead of there being an elementary, middle, and high school, there is a primary school and then secondary schools prioritizing certain fields; some of these fields include engineering, trade schools, and “gymnasiums” which closely represent the structure of our American high schools. Upon completing his secondary school education, Michael began studying Chemistry at the University of Stuttgart, working at night during the week to fund his education.
Justice can be achieved through various processes and principles if applied correctly, similarly justice can also be denied through these same processes and principles. This is exemplified through the Andrew Mallard case (M v The Queen 2005 HCA 68), and the missing persons case of Kieffen Raggett (2007) which shows how the incorrect application of processes like police investigations and coronial inquests can lead to justice being denied. Furthermore, legal principles such as; the rights of the accused and victims, are instrumental in achieving justice as shown through the application of these principles within these cases. These processes and principles can fail due to prejudged conclusions, police corruption, human error and cultural barriers
Sgt. Wade Bieberdorf was assigned to the Personnel Division on August 24, 2014. Sgt. Bieberdorf was previously assigned to the Personnel Division as a background investigator; therefore he was able to make a smooth transition into his new assignment.

He was convicted of this crime several times and served some time in prison as well.
Antwone serves as a Petty Officer in the United States Navy. He is single and heterosexual, with no children. Antwone was referred to the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation, after pleading guilty to assault on a superior, non-commissioned officer. As a result of his physical aggression, he was demoted from ships serviceman Petty Officer, third class, to ships serviceman Seaman. Antwone has a history of physical aggression and poor impulse control. Antwone was referred for three sessions of psychiatry service for assessment of physical aggression, anger management, and supportive treatment. At the end of treatment, a recommendation by Dr. Davenport will be submitted to Antwone’s commanding officer, for the purpose of determining reinstatement to active duty. Antwone sees no need for evaluation and states that the cause of physical assault was a result of racial remarks by the victim. Antwone’s attitude towards fighting is stated in his words, “It’s the only way some people learn.”
1st Battalion 10th Marines is an artillery battalion stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina with a mission to provide artillery support for the 2nd Marine Division in times of combat. The U.S. 2nd Marine Division is the ground combat element of the Marine Expeditionary Force, a Marine Air-Ground Task Force. During Operation Iraqi Freedom (New Dawn), Mr. Tyson mainly stood post on base as a combat reserve, and then during his time in the Afghanistan war, he spent most of his time working on anything electrical. The skills he learned here eventually became applicable to his life after the military, however an item of utmost importance that he carried with him afterwards were the bonds he formed, many of which were developed in the many long hours stuck in shop. In response to Michael Arntfield’s thesis, the Sociologist would support the comparison between Batman’s Gotham and Gomorrah to London. Simply, the comparison is justified since Arntfield uses many examples by naming different killers such as the “Bedroom Strangler” and the “Mad Slasher”. Also, Arntfield gives evidence to the amount of violence by including the amount of murders in London. He also adds how many laws weren’t even in place for most of the time in London such as pedophilia, which would only lead to a “slap on the wrist” type of situation from others. Sir, I am honored by the privilege to once again serve in 4th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT). Over of the last 30 days, I had an opportunity to reconnect, and reflect on the current state of the Brigade. The 4th ABCT has a rich history of success and glory. It is my goal to put in place the systems and practices for this great organization to exceed all past and present accomplishments. As a result of my assessment, I identified three areas of focus that will improve our organization: a unit vision, a change in organizational culture and climate, and building organizational teams. I have no doubt that with the implementation of these three areas of focus, I will be the transformational leader that 4th ABCT needs as we prepare for the upcoming National Training Center (NTC) rotation and tackle the task of the Regionally Aligned Forces (RAF) mission.
I woke up on Saturday, June 13, 1942 feeling amazing. All this time living on base and meeting all these new people had made me into a sniper, a soldier, and a friend. I had become accustomed to the military routine. Though I was soldier and not just some kid in a bookstore, I couldn’t help thinking about Martin. He was probably on CFB Kingston learning how to drive and maintain and tank or constructing improvised fortifications. I hope he was thinking of me.
Shortly after returning to his base in Oklahoma from his short vacation, Theo and his Air Force battalion are sent to a Air force Base base in England. Which will be their base for airborne raids over Europe. Theo is a nose gunner on a B-24 Liberator.Him being the the youngest member of the crew and because of his interest in baseball, they name their plane the Batboy.

I will attempt to describe the issues related to Kevin’s moral judgement and self-concept; furthermore, I will make recommendations on his part.

The stock market is an enigma to the average individual, as they cannot fathom or predict what the stock market will do. Due to this lack of knowledge, investors typically rely on a knowledgeable individual who inspires the confidence that they can turn their investments into a profit. This trust allowed Jordan Belfort to convince individuals to buy inferior stocks with the belief that they were going to make a fortune, all while he became wealthy instead. Jordan Belfort, the self-titled “Wolf of Wall Street”, at the helm of Stratton Oakmont was investigated and subsequently indicted with twenty-two counts of securities fraud, stock manipulation, money laundering and obstruction of justice. He went to prison at the age of 36 for defrauding an estimated 100 million dollars from investors through his company (Belfort, 2009). Analyzing his history of offences, how individual and environmental factors influenced his decision-making, and why he desisted from crime following his prison sentence can be explained through rational choice theory.
To begin the lecture, Professor Michael Sandel gave the students a scenario. The scenario was as follows: there is a trolley car that has no breaks and is heading down track. At the end of this track are five workingmen and all would be killed if the trolley car ran into them. However, there is another track going off one side where there is only one worker that would also die if the trolley car hit him or her. So, he asked his students which option would be the better one, continue toward the five workers and kill them all, or spare their lives and turn the trolley car down the other track and kill the one worker. He took a poll by raised hands to see what option most of the students would chose. The majority of the students chose to turn the trolley car and kill the one worker rather than keep the trolley going straight and kill the five workers. Some students shared their thought processes in why they made that decision before the speaker moved on to the next scenario (The Moral Side of Murder”).
