As the bitter cold breeze goes swiftly, leaving the sharp scent of the metallic crimson red liquid behind, the deep, vast ocean remains as tolerant as it used to be, willing to take in everything. Isn’t it beautiful, to watch the ocean from the palace balcony on top here? Suddenly, it feels like time has travelled backwards and remained at the point where I first dreamed of standing here. I’ve been living underwater since the day I was born, with my father, grandmother and four older sisters in the kingdom. Watching all my sisters travelled to the surface once every two weeks, they would always spend whole day sharing exciting stories of the unknown world up there with me, and the spark of desire to explore up there myself one day within me, has slowly ignited. On my fifteenth birthday, I was allowed to reach the surface of the sea and see things clearly with my own bare eyes finally. And for the first time, I saw the clear blue sky, so beautiful, with white puffy clouds in sight, while the strong wind blew against the tides.
