Different organizations device different strategies to make their marketing campaigns right and succeed in their business lines. Most of the marketing strategies are made based on what the organizations produce while others are made purely on other factors. This paper will look at some of the elements that relate to marketing in different companies. Some of the pros of the campaign include that of the organization being in a position to develop very strong employee morale among its workers. The campaign also made the customer to acquire large pools of loyal customers by having them to develop that feeling of being proud of owning their PC. Additionally, the campaign played a big role in the company as it demonstrated that the PC was appropriate for customers of all ages, and careers among other characteristics. The cons of the campaign include that of being termed as being not creative enough as many who understand the field well termed it as a response to an ad that was done by Apple Inc named “Get a Mac”. Secondly, people who like technology did not receive the campaign as a result of its questionable originality. Additionally, the company tends to focus on developing products that are actively needed by their customers for the reason that they offer a powerful experience and solve issues. By using observational research and more specifically ethnographic research, the organization gets insights into the behavior of the consumers. Additionally, employing behavioral mapping as well as learning the attitudes of their clients within a given region as well as making direct interaction with the clients are also linked to the success of the organization. On the other hand, the company faces one of its key challenges with its consumers when doing research as well as when designing its key products too.
