What is change? If you try to change your life all at once, you will quickly find yourself pulled back into the same patterns as before, with that being said, how does change play its role in daily life and society as a whole? For example, human behavior and social environment, person-in-environment; and multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks. There is the number of social constructionism, the feminist perspective, life course theory, a critical approach which including racy critical basis, biology and a trauma-informed perspective theory (Miley, K., O'Melia, M. (P. 21). Every individual type of theory explains the concept of how people change in life.

Some of the stage I considered positive, and others are miserable. For instance, the most recent year that I decided to go back school to profile my educational goal perhaps it possibly lead to better career advantage. There some difficulties to challenge seen I going back to school. The writing styles and caseload of reading for the social work program is a tremendous challenge, and it gave me anxieties. Especially someone like me, dealing with school work, and family, it challenging to balance altogether. Fortunately, my husband and my children they are very supportive, and positive encouragement to me. This called Theory of human motivation, according to psychologist Abraham Maslow stated that “the crux of the theory is that individuals’ most basic needs must be met before they become motivated to achieve higher level needs” (Maslow, 2014). What motivated me to keep it going is to set a role model for my children hopefully, I can inspire them in some way. As this stage my children are my priority, I will do my best to provide them a great standard living and better education. My goal of the change is to empower my two young children, hopefully, they value my hard work and learn from it. finish college and be successful in life then I can retire comfortably. Life was difficult for my family. My parents struggled to make ends meet in order to support their five young children. Due to the family financial circumstances, I didn’t really have a normal childhood. Instead of spending time playing and having fun with my friends, I had to help my parents sell cigarettes and babysit my young siblings. My family had to work very hard, and truly there was no such thing as “taking a vacation”. I remembered telling myself that if I came to America, I could make a difference for my family. For years, I was trying to convince my parents to let me come to America, a country with full of opportunities, so that we could have better futures. Finally, when I was 13 years old, my parents decided to let me and my younger sister escape from Vietnam with 20 other strangers by boat. We arrived in refugee camp Thailand and eventually, we immigrated to America. It was the most heartbreaking and toughest decision that we ever had to make for the sake of a better life. Six years later we finally reunited; it was the happiest day for all of us. Though it was the toughest decision to leave Vietnam and my family behind, I am glad that I did and of course, I am grateful for my parents’ hardest decision too. I must say that our lives are way better now as compared to the life in Vietnam. All of my
